Everything about this salsa is mind-bogglingly unique! Imagine combining tomatoes and mangoes, that too with spring onions, capsicum and celery. This soft and crunchy combo is further enhanced with the right spices and herbs, to create a thoroughly tongue tingling Mango Salsa, which goes beautifully with Nacho chips.
- Combine the mangoes and tomatoes in a bowl and lightly mash them with the back of a spoon.
- Add all the remaining ingredients, mix well and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled with nacho chips.
