Ingredients

1 cup chilled mango cubes
1/2 cup chilled and peeled apple cubes
1/4 cup chilled full-fat milk
1/2 cup chilled fresh curds (dahi)
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 cup ice-cubes

For The Garnish
2 thin apple wedges

Method
  1. Combine the milk, ¼ cup of water, curds, mangoes, apples, sugar and ice-cubes and blend in a juicer till the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  2. Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 2 individual glasses.
  3. Serve immediately garnished with an apple wedge on the rim of each glass.

Thank you very much for this recipe. My friend’s daughter hates milk & it is a task making her drink milk , even milk shakes are quite a challenge. She would be spending a day with me & believe it I was successful feeding her “Mango Apple Smoothie”. She not only liked it but asked my friend to note down the recipe. My friend was highly thrilled & very happy. Tarla Auntyji you add a feather in my cap, yes you made my day. I have become my friend’s daughter’s favourite aunty. It is all because of You. I tried this smoothie the same day when i saw it. The combination of Mangoes and apple gives it an awesome taste. Also the use of curd in this smoothie gives a very smooth texture and also a hint of sourness in while sipping. All in all my family loved this smoothie very much and now instead of the regular mango shake i am going to prepare this smoothie.
