Mango Amla Blossom

Mango, Amla Muramba and Coconut together makes an excellent Summer Cooler.

200 ml mango pulp
2 to 3 tbsp amla sweet muramba , readily available
1/2 cup thick coconut milk
2 tsp sugar
crushed ice

  1. Combine the coconut milk and sugar and mix well till the sugar dissolves. Keep aside.
  2. Combine the amla muramba and 1 tbsp mango pulp and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  3. Add the remaining mango pulp, crushed ice and blend again till smooth.
  4. Pour into 4 small glasses and top with sweetened coconut milk. Serve chilled.
