Method
  1. Cut the tomatoes. Add 3 cups of water, the ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, red chillies, cloves, cardamoms and salt. Cook on a slow flame until the mixture becomes like a sauce. Remove and strain.
  2. Add the butter and cream and bring to a boil. If the gravy is sour, add a pinch of sugar or 1/2 teaspoon honey.
  3. Add the chilli powder, kasuri methi and salt and boil for 1 minute. Remove.
