Ingredients


2cups macaroni, boiled and drained;
½ cup grated cheese,
1boiled and mashed potato ,
2-3 deseeded and chopped green chillies,
1 tsp. cumin powder,
½ tsp. garam masala,
salt to taste, oil for frying

Method

  1. Mince all ingredients except the oil in a food processor. do not grind to a paste. remove from processor to a bowl and mix well. roll out in the shape of cigars .refrigerate for 20 mins. deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. serve with sweet chilli sauce or any dip
