A sumptuous salad that doubles up as a quick meal, the Macaroni and Vegetable Salad is also quite easy to prepare. Simply chop up your favourite veggies and fruits, cook up some macaroni and toss them all together in a salad bowl with a little cream and mayonnaise! Leave it to cool in the fridge, freshen up, and dig in – that’s the way to enjoy this lovely salad as a snack or a meal.
