The macaroni chow is a quick pasta recipe with macaroni stir fried with vegetables in a soya sauce and vinegar based mixture. Serve macaroni chow as a snack or packed lunch.

Ingredients


3 chicken seasoning cubes, crumbled
2 cups macaroni
2 tsp oil
3 cups mixed vegetables (Cabbage, Carrots, Capsicum,Spring Onion greens, Onions)
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp M.S.G

Method

  1. cook macaroni in boiling water for 10 mins. drain, rinse
  2. with cold water to cool and keep aside.
  3. heat oil, saute all vegetables and cook for 1 minute on
  4. high flame.
  5. add the remaining ingredients and crumbled maggi chicken
  6. cubes. mix well, remove from the fire and serve hot.
