Low-fat Paneer ( Low Calorie Healthy Cooking )

Ingredients
3 cups
low-fat milk
(99.7% fat-free , readily available in the market)
1 1/2 cups
low-fat curds
Method
Put the milk to boil in a broad npn-stick pan. When it starts boiling, add the curds and mix well.
Remove from the heat and stir gently until the milk curdles.
Strain and tie the curdled milk in a muslin cloth. Hang for about half an hour to allow the whey to drain out. Use as required.
