Makes 0.5 cup


Ingredients

3 cups low-fat milk
(99.7% fat-free , readily available in the market)
1 1/2 cups low-fat curds (dahi)

Method
  1. Put the milk to boil in a broad non-stick pan. When it starts boiling, add the curds and mix well.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir gently until the milk curdles.
  3. Strain and tie the curdled milk in a muslin cloth. Hang for about half an hour to allow the whey to drain out. Use as required.
