This recipe of Low-Cal Mayonnaise brings down the calorie count to almost half of regular mayonnaise by using unusual ingredients like bread and low-fat curds, which help retain the original texture and taste while just positively affecting the cal count!

4 fresh bread slices
1 cup hung low fat curds (dahi) , made from low fat (99.7% fat-free )
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1 1/2 tsp powdered sugar
salt to taste

  1. Remove the crust from all the bread slices.
  2. Combine all the ingredients including the bread slices and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  3. Refrigerate it for 1 to 2 hours and use as required.

this is excellent mayonnaise,very quickly made. it can be served with biscuits,sandwiches & wraps.
