Ingredients

2 tbsp strawberry crush or fresh strawberry puree
2 tbsp orange squash
4 tbsp coconut cream
1 tbsp cream
4 tbsp sugar syrup
crushed ice
1 to 1 1/2 glasses water
2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream
fresh strawberries pieces slit vertically for decoration
Method


  1. Blend all the ingrediants in a blender.
  2. Pour into a tall glass.
  3. Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream and decorate with fresh strawberry pieces.
  4. Place an atractive straw and serve chilled.
