1 small can (450 grams) pineapple slices
6 cups cold milk
1/2 cup sugar (approx.)
200 gms fresh cream
3 to 4 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp lemon essence
1/2 tsp pineapple essence

  1. Mix the milk and sugar.
  2. Beat the cream.
  3. Drain the pineapple slices and chop into small pieces.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together and prepare the ice-cream in an ice-cream churner.
