This one perks up a South Indian morning! Traditionally eaten for breakfast in Karnataka, this tangy rice maybe a concoction of a lazy housewife, but no one’s complaining! Ready in a jiffy, ensure you squeeze fresh lemon juice and toss in plenty of chopped coriander.
