Ingredients

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients except the lemon and mix well.
  2. Slit the lemon into 4 pieces, taking care not to separate them.
  3. Stuff the prepared masala in each lemon and place them in a glass jar.
  4. Cover and keep under the sun for 10 days.
  5. Serve as required.
