Ingredients

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients together, except the oil and make a semi-soft dough without using any water.
  2. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll out each portion into 125 mm. (5") diameter circle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling.
  3. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle) and cook each roti, using ΒΌ tsp of oil, till both sides are golden brown in colour.
  4. Serve immediately.
