Ingredients


85 gms plain flour (maida)
3 large sized eggs
115 gms sugar
4 tbsp melted butter or margarine
1 tsp vanilla essence

Method
  1. Sieve the flour.
  2. Beat the eggs and sugar very well until thick and double in quantity.
  3. Fold in the well-sieved flour carefully and gently mix with a metal spoon.
  4. Fold in the butter and vanilla essence and mix well.Large sponge cake mixture for pudding is ready. Use it as per the recipe.
