Ingredients


85 gms plain flour (maida)
3 large sized eggs
85 gms sugar

Method
  1. Sieve the flour.
  2. Beat the eggs and sugar very well until thick and double in quantity.
  3. Fold in the well-sieved flour carefully and mix gently with a metal spoon.
  4. Add the vanilla essence and mix well. Large fatless sponge mixture is ready. Use it as per the recipe.
