3 tbsp ghee

For The Garnish
a few almond (badam) and pistachio slivers

  2. Add 2 cups of warm water and cook on a high flame till the water starts boiling.
  3. Cook on a slow flame for 15 to 17 minutes or till the broken wheat is almost done, while stirring continuously.

Fab taste. Cardamom and and broken wheat combine to make an awesome Indian dessert. Eat in small portions.
