Ingredients


Ladies Finger(cleaned & chopped) - 10
2 cups water
salt to taste
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 1/4 tsp
Mint - 6 leaves

Method

  1. Boil the water. add the ladies finger & boil till the water reduces to 1cup.
  2. Remove from flame. strain.
  3. Add salt & pepper to the strained water.
  4. Heat ghee. add mint leaves & saute. add this to the soup & serve.
