Ladi pav is the ever-popular indian bread used predominantly for pav-bhaji and vada-pav. It is available in the most small streets of india. This small bread with top crusty brown finish is topped with garlic and butter and baked to give perfect ladi pav garlic bread.

Ingredients

2 ladi pav
4 to 5 garlic (lehsun) cloves , crushed
3 tbsp soft butter

Method
  1. Cut the ladi pav into thick slices and keep aside.
  2. Combine the garlic and butter in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Apply this butter on one side of each slice.
  4. Grill in a hot oven at 200°c (400°f) for 15 minutes, or till they turn crisp.
  5. Serve hot.
