Ingredients

500 gms ladies finger (bhindi)
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp besan (bengal gram flour)
1 tbsp chaat masala
oil for deep frying

Method
  1. Clean and cut the bhindi vertically.
  2. Combine the ladies finger, chilli powder, salt and besan and toss well.
  3. Keep aside for an hour.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadhai and deep fry the ladies finger till they turn crisp.
  5. Serve hot with parathas.
