A spicy kurkura chaat recipe which is sure to tingle your taste buds. A combination of kurkure, fried papad and potatoes tossed together with a tangy chaat masala, kurkura chaat is irrestible! Try this spicy and mazedar chaat recipe to entice your family and guests.

3 tbsp kurkure
2 papads
1 tbsp bhelpuri mix
5 tsp aloo bhujia
namkeens of 3 different kinds
dhania chutney
2 tbsp potato wafers
2 small onions, finely chopped
1 tomato, chopped
a few coriander (dhania) leaves
2 boiled potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
oil for frying


  1. Roast or fry the papad and crush it.
  2. Crush the kurkure and potato chips also
  3. Keep oil on the gas fo r a few minutes for making hot.
  4. Then add onions and fry them.
  5. Add tomatoes, kurkure, papad, half chips, half bhujia, bhelpuri mix,namkeens and a little dhaniya chutney.
  6. Mix them very well.
  7. Garnish with dhaniya chatney, chips , bhujia and corriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot or cold with dhaniya chatney
