An easy and simple juice recipe to be served over crushed ice.
- Peel the kiwis.
- Combine the carrots and kiwis in a mixer and blend to a smooth juice. Strain the juice.
- In each glass, place 1/4 cup of crushed ice.
- Pour equal quantity of the juice over it.
- Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
