An easy and simple juice recipe to be served over crushed ice.

8 kiwi
5 medium sized carrot
mint leaves (phudina) for garnishing
crushed ice as required

  1. Peel the kiwis.
  2. Combine the carrots and kiwis in a mixer and blend to a smooth juice. Strain the juice.
  3. In each glass, place 1/4 cup of crushed ice.
  4. Pour equal quantity of the juice over it.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves. Serve immediately.
