Nutritious and good for children and ladies to overcome weakness after delivery.
- Roast coconut(grated ) with 1 table spoon ghee till brown and then powder it.
- Powder dry dates and roast with ghee for 10 minutes.
- Fry jali antu in ghee.
- Powder badam.
- Take kadhai, put jaggery and little water and prepare syrup.
- when it becomes 1 thread consistency add all other ingradients and make ladoos.
