Khajur Pak recipe - How to make Khajur Pak

1/2 kg dates (khajur)
1/2 kg fresh mava (khoya)
250 gms sugar
1 cup milk
chopped mixed nuts for decoration

  1. Deseed the khajur.
  2. in a kadai put milk add khajur keep stirring till all khajur melts.
  3. Add sugar and stir till its thick in consistency.
  4. Grate mawa and add to the sugar khajur mixture keep stirring on a slow fire till its of setting consistency. put little ghee on a setting plate.
  5. Pour the batter on the plate and spread,sprinkle chopped almonds and cashewnuts.
  6. when set and cool cut into square shape pieces.
