Makes 8 to 10 laddoos


Ingredients

1 cup dates (khajur) pieces
1/4 cup prunes pieces
1/4 cup grated dry coconut (kopra)
1 tbsp poppy seeds (khus-khus)
1 tbsp chopped almond
1 tbsp chopped cashewnuts (kaju)
1 tbsp dry raisins (kismis)
2 tbsp ghee

Method
  1. Heat the ghee in a pan and put dates and prunes and sauteed till both becomes soft.
  2. Remove from the flame and add dry coconut,almond,cashewnuts and raisins and mix well.
  3. Roll it into small balls to make 10 laddoos.
