Ingredients

Method
  1. Cut the kand into long stirps. Steam until soft.
  2. Heat the oil in a tava and fry the cumin seeds until they crackle.
  3. Add the asafoetida and green chillies and fry for a while. Add the peanuts, kand, salt and the lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. Serve hot, topped with the coriander.
