Kaju Anjeer Roll recipe - How to make Kaju Anjeer Roll

Ingredients
1 cup dried figs (anjeer) , soaked in milk for 15 minutes
1 cup grated mava (khoya)
1 cup powdered cashewnuts (kaju)
1 cup condensed milk
edible silver foils for garnishing
Method
    Method
  1. Heat the soaked anjeer on a medium flame till it softens and becomes halwa like structure and keep aside.
  2. Combine the khoya, cashewnuts powder and condensed milk in a heavy bottomed pan, mix well and cook till it thickens and forms a ball.
  3. Transfer on a plate and knead to a soft dough.
  4. Make small balls of lemon size and roll between 2 plastic sheets.
  5. Spread the prepared anjeer stuffing on it and roll it.
  6. Repeat for making more such rolls.
  7. Roll these rolls on silver foil and serve.
