  1. Grease the pressure cooker with little oil, put the bananas and enough water and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
  2. Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
  3. Cool and cut them in rounds along with the peel.
  4. Heat the ghee in a deep non-stick kadhai and add the cumin seeds and asafoetida.
  5. When the seeds crackle, add the bananas and all the remaining ingredients and sauté on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.

This recipe of raw banana subzi is really unusual as it has the peel of the bananas as well that is used. It is quick to make and taste good.

can we add nay other veg besides kachche kela?

Tarla Dalal    Yes you can add green peas or so but this recipe as it is taste good.
