Ingredients

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and knead into a soft dough, using warm water as required.
  2. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
  4. Pat each portion on a dry flat surface using your palm to make a circle of 125 mm. (5") diameter.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan and cook each roti using a little oil till it is lightly brown on both the sides.
  6. Serve hot.
