Method
  1. Mix the milk, sugar and curds and put to boil in a broad vessel. Go on heating and stirring until the mixture becomes thick.
  2. Warm the saffron in a small vessel, add a little warm milk and rub until the saffron dissolves.
  3. Add the saffron liquid and cardamom powder to the milk mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios and almonds on top and serve.
