Ingredients

Method
  1. Cut the paneer into small cubes.
  2. Heat the oil, add the bay leaves and cloves and fry for 1 minute. Add the onion and fry until light brown.
  3. Add the green paste and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the white paste and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. Add the cream and garam masala and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add paneer, vegetables and salt and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, topped with a little cream.

For the white paste

  1. Put the poppy seeds and cashewnuts in milk and allow to soak for 1/2 hour. Then, grind into a paste.
