An easy and quick recipe to make the delicious rava dosa with no hassles and without comprimisiong on the taste.

Makes 4 dosas

2 cups semolina (rava)
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp chopped green chillies
1 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 cup curds (dahi)
salt to taste
ghee or oil for cooking

For Serving
coconut chutney

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Apply little ghee or oil on tava, spread a spoonful of batter on a tava in a circular motion.
  3. Cook till it is golden brown in colour and crisp.
  4. Repeat with the remaining batter to make more dosas.
  5. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
