This kulfi can be prepared in few minutes and can be relished during scorching summers and beautiful rainy days.

Cooking Time: 7 hrs
Makes 6 pieces


250 gms condensed milk
500 ml milk
4 tbsp milk powder
6 kulfi moulds

  1. Combine the milk , condensed milk and milk powder in a heavy bottomed pan and bring it to a boil, while stirring continuously.
  2. Simmer for 15 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  3. Remove from the flame, cool and pour the mixture into kulfi moulds.
  4. Keep them in the freezer for 4 to 5 hours or till the kulfi is set.
  5. Serve chilled.
