Instant doodh ka halwa saves your time and uses only simple and handy ingredients. Blend together cream, condensed milk, yoghurt and chopped nuts and saffron. The mixture is baked in a microwave and served sprinkled with pistachios

1 tin condensed milk
8 tbsps. milk powder
6 tbsp. Yoghurt (curd)
2 tsp. Cardamom powder
1 tsp. Saffron (crushed)
A few pistachios and almonds for decoration
Rose petals for decoration (optional)


  1. In a microwave casserole pour in the condensed milk,add in the milk powder,yoghurt, cardamom powder and saffron. mix well until smooth.put in the microwave on high for 3 minutes.remove the dish, mix with the spoon and again cook on high for 3 more minutes. remove and serve hot sprinkled with pistachios, almonds and rose petals.
