Method
  1. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, and add the mustard seeds. When they crackle add the asafoetida and green chilli and sauté for a few seconds.
  2. Add all the other ingredients and stir for about 2 to 3 minutes on a high flame.
  3. Serve hot garnished with coriander.
