This fantastic summer delight is an ideal cooler! watermelon comprises more than 90 per cent of water, and hence it is weight-watcher friendly. I’ve added some milk powder to give the drink a pleasant thickness and texture! if the water melon is sweet and juicy, you can skip the sugar substitute used in the recipe.

Ingredients

Method
  1. Combine the watermelon and sugar substitute together and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Strain the juice using a strainer.
  3. Pour the juice into ice-cube trays and freeze in the freezer compartment of a refrigerator.
  4. Just before serving, combine the frozen watermelon mixture and skim milk powder and blend in a mixer till slushy.
  5. Pour equal quantity of the slush into 4 individual glasses and serve immediately.
