For d glucose toffee:
3 n half tbsp sugar,
2 tbsp liquid glucose-orange flavoured.
For d coffee toffee:
3 n half tbsp sugar,
2 tbsp liduid glucose,
1 n half tsp coffee pwdr,
Vanilla ice cream.
- Heat d sugar in a thick-bottomed pan n add d liquid glucose n boil on low flame for 30 sec.
- Put off d stove n while d sugar syrup is cooling keep stirring it with a wooden spoon so that d caramel solidifies in small pieces.
- For d coffee toffee,add d coffee pwdr once d sugar melts.
- Serve d toffees over scoops of ice cream.
