Ingredients


4 scoops Vanilla Ice-cream

For the muscovado sugar syrup
200 gms brown sugar
3 " (75 mm.) stick cinnamon (dalchini)
juice of 1 orange
1/4 tsp aniseeds (vilayati saunf)

Method
  1. Mix the ingredients for the syrup in a saucepan along with 1/2 cup of water and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  2. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour the syrup over the ice-cream and serve immediately.
