Method
For the sauce
  1. Blend the cottage cheese, milk and 2 tablespoons of water in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add the green chilli and salt.

How to proceed
  1. Heat the butter, add the potatoes and cook for a few minutes. Sprikle salt and pepper on top.
  2. Arrange the potatoes in a baking dish, spread the sauce over them and top with the cheese.
  3. Cover and bake in a hot oven at 200 degree C (400 degree F) for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
