Ingredients


1/2 cup boiled green peas
1 cup chopped corriander (dhania)
1 to 2 green chillies
2 large cloves garlic (lehsun)
25 mm. (1") piece of ginger (adrak)
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
salt to taste

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and grind to a fine paste using approx. 2 tablespoons water.
  2. Refrigerate in an air-tight container and use as required.
