Ingredients


2 tsp soft butter
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley or dill (shepu / suva bhaji)
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
a few drops lemon juice

Method
  1. Mix the butter, parsley, garlic and lemon juice.

  1. Serve with dinner rolls and bread.
