Ingredients

1/2 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tbsp curds (dahi)
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (shepu / suva bhaji)
1 tbsp chopped chives (optional)
1/2 tsp salt

Method
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender. If you find the mixture too thick, add some fresh curds.
  2. Store in the refrigerator and use within 12 hours.
  3. Serve cold.

This is an awesome dip. Paneer goes well with parsley and dill to make a nice thick dip. Have it with cucumber or celery.
