An extremely cooling and soothing drink. Especially advised during summer.

Serves 2.


Ingredients


1 cup low fat yoghurt
10 fresh mint leaves (phudina)
2 springs of fresh coriander (dhania)
2 sprigs fresh leaf of lemon or lemon balm (optional)
1/2 green chilli, chopped
salt to taste
6 ice-cubes

Method
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a liquidiser and serve chilled.

  2. Yoghurt is a storehouse of protein, calcium, Vitamins B2 and B12.
  3. The herbs contribute Vitamin C and iron.
