Dear %Name,
The weather these days is perfect for a pre-dinner bowl of soup. I often do that when I am waiting for my family to assemble for dinner.
Fill up your favourite mug with some steaming soup and lounge on the sofa watching TV. I discovered that I eat a lot less at dinner this way and also selecting a healthy soup adds more fibre and nutrients to my diet.
One can even make a meal of a nice filling soup and a few slices of crusty slices of french bread or a nice goo-ey cheese sandwich. You can even create your own recipe with any ingredients you have handy in your kitchen.......
