Ingredients

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add a little water and knead into a soft dough.
  3. Cover and keep aside for half an hour.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter.
  5. Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  6. Serve hot with chutney or tea.
