Makes 4 serves


Ingredients

1 small pineapple , peeled and
cut in 25 mm. (1”) cubes
1 small muskmelon (kharbooja) , peeled
and cut in 25 mm. (1”) cubes
2 ripe bananas , peeled and quartered
1/2 cup strawberries, cut in halves
3/4 tsp lemon juice for serving

For The Topping
1 recipe low-fat custard
1/4 cup vanilla cream

For The Garnish
4 lemon slices

Method
  1. Combine all the fruits, except strawberries, in a bowl. Brush with lemon juice and keep refrigerated.
  2. In a serving bowl, arrange the strawberries in the centre and arrange the remaining fruits around it.
  3. Pour the custard over the fruits and top with vanilla cream. Serve immediately garnished with lemon slices.
