Boiling can be done in the morning to mix the flour and bake in the evening.

Method

  1. Boil all the ingredients from no.1 to 7 for 5 minutes and cool.
  2. Sieve all the ingredients from no.8 to 10.
  3. Add this flour mix to the boiled mix.
  4. Lay paper cups in muffin tray. brush with little oil on the tray and cups.
  5. Spoon 3/4 of the paper cup
  6. Bake at 180c or 350f for 20 to 25 minutes.
