Green chutney is probably the most favourite Indian accompaniment. Every thing from crispy samosas to kebabs and tikkis are considered incomplete without this deliciously fresh preparation. Hari Chutney is a simple mint and coriander flavoured chutney which makes a great sandwich spread. Mint adds freshness to this chutney where as the addition of lemon juice, enhances the flavours of the mint and the coriander and prevents discoloration of the greens. The chutney can be stored refrigerated for up to a week.
- Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste using very little water.
- Refrigerate till use.
