Method
  1. Cut the cauliflower and potatoes into big pieces.
  2. Mix the onions, coriander, turmeric powder, coriander-cumin seed powder, chilli powder, garam masala, paste, oil and salt very well.
  3. Add the cauliflower, potatoes, peas and rice to this mixture and mix thoroughly.
  4. Put in a big handi, add 4 1/2 teacups of water, cover and cook until the vegetables are cooked.
  5. Sprinkle chopped coriander on top and serve hot.
