An ideal lunch box meal that has the goodness of rice and veggies packed well. Coat the vegetables with the ground masalas and pressure cook along with rice, for a gorgeous treat.
- Mix the onions, coriander, turmeric powder, coriander-cumin seed powder, chilli powder, garam masala, prepared paste, oil and salt very well.
- Add the cauliflower, potatoes, peas and rice to this mixture and mix thoroughly.
- Put in a big handi, add 3 cups of hot water, cover and cook until the vegetables are cooked.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander on top and serve hot.
